Review of Beyond Petroleum's 2025 Review and 2026 Planning Meeting
On January 4, 2026, the first working day of the new year, Beyond Petroleum held a 2025 annual review and 2026 annual planning meeting to summarize last year's achievements, review business problems, and formulate new company strategic goals for 2026.
The entire conference will be live streamed, synchronized with the Xi'an branch.



Before the meeting began, a brief onboarding ceremony was held, and the Foreign Trade Department III was fully staffed. Leo, the supervisor of the department, led the newcomers through an internship period of learning.

The meeting began with an opening address by Alex, General Manager of Beyond Petroleum, followed by a comprehensive report from the Finance Manager on Beyond Petroleum's financial performance in 2025.
Beyond Petroleum's overall financial strategy for 2025 was "increasing revenue and reducing expenditure." Despite lower profit margins and higher operating costs, the company achieved good results and ensured basic employee benefits.
In the end, Beyond Petroleum exceeded its 2025 sprint target with a sales performance target completion rate of 128.93%, representing a year-on-year growth of 68.48%.

Then, the Foreign Trade Business Departments 1 through 3, the Refinery Business Department, and the Mining Business Department reported one by one, reviewed and summarized the data for 2025, summarized the current problems and urgent issues to be resolved in the business departments, and discussed the new strategic goals of the company for 2026: "Focus on key areas, prioritize users, develop the organization, and achieve excellence and happiness".





During the meeting, a book launch session for "Profitability" was interspersed, hosted by Kaixin and Nana from Action Education, aiming to focus on helping businesses grow. The company's core management team will then study Li Jian's book "Profitability" together, preparing for upcoming offline courses.
The company invests significant funds to support our core business management team in continuously learning and improving their understanding of company operations and management. This is a microcosm of the company's long-standing commitment to building a learning team.



DouDou, formerly employed by Alibaba and now working at Sansheng Wanwu Consulting Management Company, was also invited to participate in the entire annual review meeting of Beyond. From a third-party perspective, DouDou asked constructive questions and communicated with the managers on their work reports, encouraging everyone to think together and put forward their own ideas and suggestions, making the entire review more in-depth and practical.

The operations department reported on platform construction and inquiry data, stating that the total number of inquiries in 2025 basically achieved the set target, and the customer acquisition cost was greatly reduced.

The purchasing department analyzed the company's annual procurement contracts and supplier cooperation, focusing on the long-standing contradictions and problems in the current business and procurement coordination, and explored new cooperation models to improve the efficiency of handling customer inquiries and after-sales issues.

At the end of the meeting, General Manager Alex summarized the company's achievements over the past 25 years and, drawing on his study of the book "Profit," outlined new plans for 2026. On November 29, 2026, Beyond Petroleum will celebrate its 10th anniversary. The company team is eagerly anticipating this milestone and hopes that through their hard work throughout 2026, they can collectively elevate Beyond Petroleum to new heights and celebrate its 10th anniversary.


After the meeting, the company arranged a team-building activity, and the Xi'an branch also organized its own dinner.
