Beyond Petroleum (Xi'an) Branch Team Building

Since the establishment, Beyond Petroleum (Xi'an) Branch has been working hard to improve its hardware and software capabilities, actively recruiting business personnel, and building a complete foreign trade team as soon as possible.

Beyond sent Ava, the top salesperson in 2025 and a sales representative from the Foreign Trade Department, to Xi'an to serve as an acting supervisor. Ava will lead the new sales team to quickly familiarize themselves with the company's articles of association and products, laying a solid foundation for future business development.

The Xi'an business team currently has 7 members (excluding the agency supervisor), many of whom are experienced foreign trade veterans. While the team is growing, the company also focuses on the comprehensive development of its employees.

Last week, Beyond (Xi'an) Company conducted its first batch of onboarding training tests for new employees, and everyone achieved excellent results. New employees in the Weifang Foreign Trade Department II also successfully passed their one-month probationary period.

With its expanding business team and continuously improving company systems, Beyond Petroleum is forging ahead on its foreign trade development path with a more passionate and meaningful core value.
