Beyond Team Building: The Great Gatsby and Justin

Today, the Beyond team's Foreign Trade Department 1 and Department 2 conducted employee performance evaluations.

Gatsby from the Foreign Trade Department II successfully became a full-time member of the Beyond family after three months of studying!

His performance report began with product comparisons, helping everyone better understand often confusing product knowledge. He also used questions and interactive activities to make the typically boring work report more humorous and engaging.

Justin from the Foreign Trade Department 1 conducted a one-month internship learning summary. He summarized the eight major systems of drilling rigs and related product knowledge that he had learned in the month and presented it to everyone, laying a good foundation for subsequent in-depth work.

In the foreign trade industry, the proportion of female employees far outweighs that of male employees. Therefore, male foreign trade professionals are rare but highly sought after, especially in the machinery and equipment industry.

Furthermore, both of these individuals are post-2000 graduates and have recently entered the workforce. We admire their courage and confidence in choosing the foreign trade industry, the machinery and equipment sector, and Beyond.
